To ensure platform safety, we collect copies of government-issued identification, driver's licenses, and vehicle registration documents. These documents are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.
We collect information about your bookings including rental dates, vehicle details, pricing, payment information, and communication with vendors. This includes damage reports and photographs submitted during rental inspections.
We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This includes pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the platform.
With your permission, we collect location data to show nearby vehicles, assist with navigation, and verify pickup/drop-off locations. You can disable location services in your device settings at any time.
